Military based factory specialized in production of gear box and related products. Founded 1965, the factory is located in Xinning, west of China, covering the floor space of 104,000 square meters, having 530 staff and 5 production plants, and owning main production equipments 582 sets. There are 44 sets of large and imported equipments, 99 sets of the gear machining equipments, heat equipment, and related testing and inspection equipment.

The maximum manufacturing ability for straight gear diameter is 2 meters and 20 modules, for gear with curved teeth is 0.85 meter and 16 modules.

The main product line includes Gear box assembly for bulldozers(Both Komatsu Technology for D155,D85,D65 and Caterpillar Technology for D6D and D7G) , Gear box for dump trucks and heavy duty trucks(Terex Technology) and other machines.
